Prices - Competively Priced

Here in söll prices vary from high to low season. Our prices are per unit price so each apartment is priced at a fixed competitive rate of €1200 for seven nights stay through low season and for High Season €1400. So whether its 4 or 6 people sharing it’s up to you! All apartments are fixed from Saturday to Saturday arrivals in winter, where summer is more flexible and prices vary per unit.

In order to confirm a booking a deposit of half the total price for each unit is required.

3 weeks prior to arrival the full amount must be paid. If you would like to pay on arrival, a credit card number as security is needed.

The only requirement is a deposit on arrival, which is returned on departure day. Don’t forget as with most accommodation, apartments have to be vacated early on departure day. At bergview haus we try to let our guests stay as long as possible if we can, but as a rule we have to ask guest to vacate rooms no later than 10 in the morning. Simply so we can prepare them clean and fresh the way one likes on arrival. Arrivals may have to expect a room delay if they arrive too early due to the fact our cleaning staff have only two hands!
